I have lived in MTW for two years and my fiance has lived there for 5 years. The office staff is really great. There is a woman named April in the office who is always very professional, friendly, and extremely competent. When we go out of the country they hold our mail, we wanted to switch our parking spot in the garage which was also no problem. We have very few mantience problems, but if there is one Richard (the maintence guy) comes right away and is very friendly. The apartments are spacious. We currently have a one bedroom apartment, but it has one and a 1/2 baths which is very nice. The views are great (depending on what side of the building). They keep shopping carts in the basement and first floor so when you have groceries or do a big shopping trip it is easy to get your things up to your apartment on the 16th Floor! The other really nice thing about living here is that it is soooooooooo QUIET. I have NEVER heard my neighbors ever. There are a lot of professionals living in the building, and since the price is considerable and there are no colleges around the area there are not a lot of young party people around.
There is a pool, a gym, and a small game room with ping pong and fusball. There are laundry rooms on every floor and we have never had any problems using the machines when we need. The parking is convienent especially in cleveland winters because it is in the garage. There is also a community circulator stop right near the apartment which takes you to local stores. There is also easy highway access nearby, a key bank around the corner, and lots of restaurants around including Melt. It is also a very nice community to walk around. My fiance and I enjoy many walks on edgewater drive and near the lake. Edgewater park and Lakewood park are just a short walk away. I love living here, and would recommend it to other couples, or singles. The people working in the office are not young unprofessional girls, they are very professional and competent adults, which has really made our living experience here great.
