Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Don't expect to blow dry your hair and make toast at the same time. the front "security" entry door is broke all the time. there have been lights out in the hallways for months. my apartment was leased to us with broken shards of glass on the ground, the elevator never works, and the metal stairs in the back sever off all the time. the only update this apartment building has is new windows. thers always an accident waiting to happen. never rent fron 3 streets north.
