Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Once you sign the lease, the 'fairy princess' masks comes off and the 'wicked witches' come out to stay. If you have money to burn and SAFETY, maintenance (inside and out)and parking do not matter, this is the place for you! Are you a masochist' Do you enjoy being treated rudely and at times with vehemence and disgust' Move in tomorrow. This probably was a nice place to live at some time, good things are said about the owner, but it seems he sold his soul to the -----, '3 Streets North'. If you see a '3 Streets North' sign at a building you are contemplating to rent - RUN!! Run for your life, your wallet and your sanity!!
