Well, I have experienced the drama with the old management company, but once the owner caught wind of that nonsense he took his properties back and hired a new gal that is really on top of things. Maintenance is immediate and the building is very well taken care of. Rents are very reasonable. They allow small dogs now but are not charging for it...definitely the nicest dog friendly building in Lakewood! I think it is safe to say that anyone that rents here would be very happy with the building and the girl (Pam) that runs the show now!! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
