Maintenance is never here. They act like this place runs itself. Broken rail banisters going down the stairs, Doors to the building don't lock. Elevator broken for months at a time. Fire system audibly malfunctioning in main hallway. Windows are hard to open because they haven't been maintained. Holes all over the screens. Some windows don't even have screens. Parking is a nightmare and I PAY for parking. That train is horrible and comes by in the middle of the night with an extremely loud horn every night.
