Do not ever rent from AIY properties! Their concern is just making sure they get paid their rent $ every month without having to do anything for you or their apartment buildings. I almost killed myself several times when I fell in their parking lots and down the front stairs because they choose to not shovel or salt their parking lots or entrances. I actually have to drive around with a shovel in the back of my car so I can get into a parking spot when I return home from work (my car got stuck in the lot 3 different occasions). Then lets see, the dryer in my building has been broken since July, so I can wash my clothes here, but I need to cart them somewhere to dry after. There is no one to call for an emergency, so the building could be on fire and they would have no idea. I have lived in other apartments before, so I know how one should be operated, and AIY is the definition of how NOT to manage an apartment!
