I lived in pine village about 5 years ago and I will be honest I was hesitant to move back. There were a lot of issues the first time we lived there in 2002.
Since I have moved back it has been so much better and I really love it there. Maintenance takes care of problems promptly.The staff is easy to get a hold of and returns messages. The apartments are nice especially for a college student like myself.Their two bedroom townhouses are gorgeous some of them have wood floors.
There is some noise especially when the neighborhood kids are waiting for the bus but overall a nice place to live and so much better since the new office staff took over.
