Nice Place to Live - I have lived there for awhile now and I have to say that I love it. My maintenance issues are always resolved and the office staff is wonderful. Great Deal I have lived in Pine Village for several months. This is a beautiful community. I have had only few problems with the office staff. The apartment was in OK condition when i moved in.

Dishonest and Won't Fix PROBLEMS My first impression was pleasant even though it did take longer for them to get the apartment ready than they originally said. Through the short time living here I have found that there is little to no insallation between floors. We can here the people above us

A lot has improved. I lived in pine village about 5 years ago and I will be honest I was hesitant to move back. There were a lot of issues the first time we lived there in 2002.
Since I have moved back it has been so much better and I really love it there. Maintenance takes care of problems
