Great Value near Polaris - I have been here for about two years and I plan on renewing my lease again. Cheap rent = Cheap apartments Outdated kitchen bath, creaky showers, thin walls, drafty windows. When you can hear your neighbor's conversation through the walls, thats not a good thing. The management at the community is always nice. The management at corporate SUCKS.
