Very good for the price I lived at Lake Club from July 2002 until October 2008. I have no major complaints about the complex. Management always seemed courteous and pleasant. The grounds were fairly well kept except for some people not picking up after their dogs, which seems to happen

Cheap rent = Cheap apartments Outdated kitchen bath, creaky showers, thin walls, drafty windows. When you can hear your neighbor's conversation through the walls, thats not a good thing. The management at the community is always nice. The management at corporate SUCKS.

Good for location and price I have a 2 bedroom at lake club. It's been a fairly nice place to live as they allow large dogs. The apartment is fairly easy to keep warm and cool. It's pretty quite around here only every once in a while can i hear the others in my complex. I rented this
