I've lived here for over 2 years now and overall enjoy everything. I love the location! It's a very safe place to live and very quiet. Maintenance is awesome. The guys are really nice and willing to help with anything. The staff at the leasing office is very helpful when you're looking to rent, but there is no advantage of being a long time resident. (Which I think should be very important, and come before future tenants.) They are willing to let a good, cheaper paying tenant, go because they always have a waiting list and they see dollar signs there.
It also cost extra to bring a guest to the pool, which I also think is outragous.
The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious, and the grounds are always kept nice.
I would recommend Four Bridges to be your new home.
