My family and I have lived at four bridges for 6 months now, and we love it! We are so happy that we chose here versus any of the other complexes that we looked at. Most other places right off were extremely pushy and that is not an attractive feature to us. We really enjoy the playground and the social membership that they provide to the country club, that's right they pay for it! That includes everything except the golf course(private) and platform tennis but includes: 3 swimming pools(lap pool, kiddie pool(which we love), and the adult pool(18 only), regular tennis courts, I believe there are 3-5 of them, basketball court, fitness center and classes, and of course the wonderful dining at the clubhouse. If we ever have any issues I simply send an email and usually within the same day it is taken care of. They have a continuing contract with an exterminator so if any bugs( as we all know some just can't be avoided) come along, he is there to help with that and they are taken care of. The only problem I've had is with people not picking up after their animals but it's not like the management can stand outside each complex 24/7 and watch people. My 2 girls love it here. We live in a 2 bedroom on the 1st floor and the rooms are very spacious and we have a pond out back where my husband takes them fishing, that's right fisherman/women you have ponds to fish at!! I highly recommend four bridges and we will be here until we decide to purchase a home of our own, which we are hoping will be right around here since we love the area here.
