Our experience with Four Bridges was only consisting of a visit looking for apartments, so I cannot say that I actually have any comments about living here. We initially visited on a Saturday, and then we visited on a Sunday with the hopes of actually renting an apartment and having our name on the priority list. The apartment guide lists the hours of operation as 12-5pm on Sunday and so does the actual rental office. There is actually a sign posted outside the rental office listing the times of operation on Sunday as 12-5pm. When we arrived a 2pm on Sunday, there was a light left on inside the rental office but we discovered that the doors were locked. We just figured that someone was showing the apartments that day. We also called before arriving to the apartment complex and received a message on the answering machiene stating something to the effect that they were out showing their "beautiful property." After waiting about 45 minutes, we tried to ask residents if they had any ideas and we received responses that they should be open during this time. We went to the fitness center and received the same response. After waiting about 1 hour and 15 minutes and realizing that I still had to drive back to Chicago, I gave up and drove home. The next day, I called the apartment complex and received a rather rude, abrupt response with no apology. They stated that they are no longer open on Sundays and that the sign with the hours posted needs to be removed. It would of been nice to at least know this before hand and the decency of an apology would of been appreciated.
