Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I have lived here over 14 months. The complex was just taken over by new management. I renewed my lease, at the same price.Maintenance is sufficient, but forgets after hours they represent the complex. There were some problems with teenagers, most dont live in the complex. This has improved thanks to the property manger. She is professional 24/7. Most tenants forget she needs a life too.
