The management here is atrocious. I actually feel embarrassed to tell people that I live here. Sometimes I feel like I live in a college dorm. Kids from all over the city come here to hang out with their friends at all hours of the night. The walls and windows do very little to abate the noise. The manager is overworked' The manager is doing something to correct the problems here' She is a complete joke. She never holds to her office schedule, and completely ignores everything that goes on here. The apartments are cheaply built. I've lived here awhile, and the apartments are nice visually, but the quality is severely lacking in almost every aspect. For the money for 2 bedroom apartment, you could easily go elsewhere and find a better apartment. I would avoid these apartments at all cost, do yourself a favor and seek better and cheaper apartments elsewhere. This place needs new management, bad.

There are problems with teenagers in one section of these units. Saturday night an elderly woman, whom clearly does not like kids, wanted to PROP her door open. She expected all the kids to go inside so she could do this. She constantly is yelling and using foul language towards the kids, very mature. When this happened, the manager, on her her personal time, came out. This woman then refused to come out of her unit and talk to her. The manager made everyone leave who didn't live there. If this woman wants to get rid of the kids, there are 55 and over complexes she needs to look into. These are single FAMILY units after all. I'm not defending the kids but two wrongs won't fix the problem.
