Where to start I have not a clue so we will start with this past winter, the maintance guy did not clear any snow from the sidewalks or the parking lot ( and they even have a snow truck that they bought for our complex).I had to call the maintance guy to fix a problem in my apt and when he came in and looked at it he replied "so what do you want me to do about it" I replied fix it and he said that he didn't have time. ( it was a leak from the upstairs apt. above us), he never cleans up the trash around the complex except around the front and the office.He lives on the property and he speeds through here like he could care less, but then yells at others that speed. Last yr there was poop in the pool and he did not clean it properly all he did was dig it out. He has a rude mouth and is always cursing at tentants in front of children.
When it comes to safety there is none. Maintance guy speeding, drugs every where you look and the manager just says there is nothing they can do. There was a shooting from an apt that was involved in drugs as well. Cars are being broke into, and egged. People from all over london come to use the pool at all hrs of the day and night. There is more traffic in and out of here then there is on 270. teenagers are picking on younger kids and taking there bikes and throwing them in the fields, they are running all over the complex all hours of the night ( point being cars broken into)
There is no way that I would ever live here again nor recomend it to others when my lease is up I will be very happy to leave with no regreatas other then ever living here.

We got out of their as soon as we could. I'm glad that we did before summer began because the end of last summer was terrible. The first week I moved in their was a fight in the grass out front of my apartment and I had to call the cops! I was paying almost $900/month to live their and to have a garage and I felt like I was in the projects! That complex needs to be shut down - it makes London look really bad. I moved about a mile away and it is so peaceful and wonderful. Anyone interested in moving their I would highly suggest not too!!!!
