Management is sub-par, grounds are unkempt (there is a row of tomato plants growing in front of one of the buildings-it's like Walton's mountain for god's sake!) Weeds and overgrown grass everywhere,no mulching, no bush trimming. There is so much wrong with maintenance and the one extremely poor maintenance person that I could write a book about it. Illegal activity is rampant-there is obviously no standard when choosing residents. Living in a box would be preferable to this place.

Unless you are part of the CLUB get used to it. There is no one to complain to. I lived there for two years and the owners only care that you pay your rent on time. Since there has been a change in management the maintenance is allowed to do as he sees fit! Suggestion, keep quiet, pay your rent and then get out!
