I like it here. It's not bad at all.

I'm a fairly new tenant but already can tell this is not a bad place to live. The school system is great, the rent is a fair price, the buildings are well kept as well as the grounds.

The second bedroom is on the small side but it fits a full-sized bed, entertainment rack, dresser and chair comfortably...very comfortably. The master bedroom is a pretty good size and the walk in closet is great. The layout of the apartment itself is pretty good and their are no awkward corners, walls or dimensions. There is plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and a nice pantry. The bathrooms are a good size and my living room is huge. There's plenty of parking in front of your building and enough dumpsters to support a much larger community. The staff is extremely friendly and issues I had were resolved very, very quickly. It's even quiet enough to watch the deer walk by your back porch in the mornings.

You don't have a coat closet. I didn't think it was much of an issue until shoes stacked up next to the front door. Some type of armoire, coat/ shoe rack is necessary. The fixtures for the sinks aren't high end but they work just fine. Mine look like they were replaced recently. The water pressure is on the low side. You can still wash your hair and bathe but your conditioner doesn't rinse out instantly. There are a million weird bugs outside but I have yet to see one inside. Bugs are not my friends so I would notice them.

Overall it's a good place right in the middle. You don't have a pool, fitness center or clubhouse but if you really don't use those amenities, why pay for them? It's clean, well-kept, maintenance is prompt and the schools are fantastic. You can walk or bike to stores and there are plenty of store to chose from. Good dentists and doctors are close by too. You should always check with the police about an area and this area is pretty safe. I wouldn't live here for 10 years but it will definitely suit my needs until I finish school.

I've lived in places that were worse and cost a lot more. I've dealt with insanely loud neighbors and maintenance that easily took a month to fix problems. This place is small enough to keep the property nice and the staff is great.
