This community has gone to crap!!! I have lived at Deer Ridge for 8 years, it was great until thi spast year. Maintenance is non existant, the office staff doesn't respond to calls. The Health Department has now been called as there is a bed bug infestation and Management states it is the responsibility of the tenants to take care of the problem. Washer and Dryers never work. I swear it is like section eight housing.
