Had a major water leak. No one helped fix it for a day. There is a lot of mold. If you go look at an apartment notice there is absolutly no padding under the carpet. Sitting on the floor is impossible. The vinyl in the bathrooms is yellowed and cracked. The inside of the cabinets look like a child went to town with white spray paint.

before you bash my review go look at the apartments and tell that they are a 5.0 If I could get out of my lease I would.

Sorry to hear about your water leak, but I lived here and had no problems with maintenance. I had a field mouse (since there is a field right across from my building and we had just received a lot of snow in Dec 2004) in my apartment, and being a female, I was freaked. The maintenance men were great about it and came by to check my traps everyday until it was caught and even disposed of the rodent. This is an apartment...not a luxury condo or custom home; of course you just get the basic carpeting. One thing I noticed about the carpeting is that it is scotchguarded, which is very nice. If you spill something on it and clean it right away, there are no stains. The vinyl in the bathroom does stain easily, but if it is kept clean on a regular basis, then there are no problems. They paint everything when a tenant moves out, and my cabinet interiors were done neatly; come on, complain about something worth while. Really...there is nothing to complain about at this complex, and was it really a full 24 hours until the water leak was fixed?!

I totally agree with grandpa67. There is a very serious mold problem in a lot of the apartments at that complex. Mold is a serious issue and is especially dangerous to anyone with breathing problems and the elderly and children.
