My wife and I moved into Mallard Crossing at the end of September and have loved every bit of it. I have lived in 3 other apartment complexes before and it is so great to finally live in a REAL apartment with staff that actually care about you.

We have never had 1 complaint since we have lived here. Everyone here is so extremely friendly and there are lots of families that live here. The apartments are very very nice and feel almost like brand new. The outside of the buildings look like they were just built. The grounds are always very well kept and very very clean. We have never had any complaints about our neighbors, because they are all great people.

We have a 1 bedroom apartment with an attached garage and its so wonderful. Anytime we have had maintenance issues they have been corrected on the spot, and the maintenance staff are very friendly. Speaking of which, we had a snowstorm last Thursday night about 6 inches and when I woke up at 3:30AM on Friday morning ALL of the roads in the apartments were plowed. When I went down to start my car at 4:30AM one of the maintanence guys had a snow blower clearing our sidewalks and salting our steps. I was shocked since I had to dig myself out of my previous apartment last year.

The STAFF! They are just down right incredible. They make it worthwhile to live here. Anytime my wife and I have needed anything they have been here for us. The best part I like is when I go into the office the staff know me by my first name and are very gracious to assist me. I have never lived anywhere where I have received such great service.

My rent here at Mallard Crossing is worth every penny. You pay for what you get here, trust me, I have lived many places before.
