I've never been much of a fan of apartment living, but Mallard Crossing has been great. Apts. are quiet, roomy, well laid out, and convenient. Access to garages is also quite handy.

Dealing with apt staff has also always been pleasant. My only negative is the lease penalties are quite costly is one is unable to fulfill the full-term agreement.
