I live here now, and have since January of 2005. I have a 3BR 2BA w/ 1-car garage and have loved it. The maintenence staff is timely and professional! The community is gated and extremely well lit. There are two lakes here and those add to the beautiful grounds of Mallard Crossing. The staff in the office is great, they have always been willing to work with my family and I on anything we've brought to their attention. I have lived in six apartment communities in the past six years, and Mallard is by far the best! Highly recommended!
