Good generic apartment complex living.

This is a pretty nice, but nothing special apartment complex. I'll caveat that with the note that they were starting to try to organize more resident events when I was moving out, so maybe that's in full swing now. My apartment was big (too big really, but I got a deal on it), and the price was reasonable for the quality and size. I don't know when the building was built, but it was essentially new when I moved in. I never had any issues with the management or maintenance (they were always responsive and professional). Towards the end, some of my neighbors were pretty obnoxious, but it was really only one group, and all the rest were fine for the majority of the time I was there. I moved away from here after 14 months because I could not stand the traffic around the area (weekends are retail nightmare traffic jam hell), and did not like being so far away from anything and everything in the city. The surrounding area is very nice, and if I were 40 and married with 2 kids and a bmw and an escalade I would fit right in, but I'm none of those. If you want generic apartment complex living in suburbia this is as good a choice as any. Just know that that is all it is.
