I have lived at Mallard Crossing Apartments since 2002 and I love it here! In fact I have lived in a two bedroom then transferred to a one bedroom apartment home because my roommate bought a house. My experience here has been a wonderful one! The apartments are well built and I never hear my neighbors at all and I live on the 1st floor. I am friends with all of my neighbors and they all love it here as well. The maintenance staff is very friendly and always take care of anything that I call in that same day. They recently remodeled the clubhouse and expanded the fitness center along with a 24 hour business center that are beautiful. I also have some of the upgrades that they are now offering for only a few more dollars a month.
To all the those people looking for a place to live I highly recommend Mallard Crossing Apartment. Please take the word of a long term resident that this place is a great place to call home!

Yes and you just moved in. I hope the one bedroom you have is not the one that I lived in. The apartment was flooded by the upstairs tenant. The whole building has structural damage and a serious mold issue. Mold is a serious air contaminant and they never did anything about it but paint over it. There are other apartments with mold problems. I would never recommend anyone to move there.I had the health dept. in several times and the agent said there was serious contamination. All they do is paint over it. Once again mold is a serious issue. I hope you do not live in one of the one bedrooms that has hidden mold.

As a follow up to your response, I would like to say that I did thorough research on Mallard Crossing before moving in. I have not seen, or spoken to anyone at the property that has made such a claim about mold. I am still very pleased with my apartment and will continue to recommend it highly.
