Stop your looking. This is a great place to live! Very secure, gated residence. Apartments are nice and this is a very quiet place to live. Apartment managers are super and friendly.

Clubhouse has great exercise facilities, internet access and laundry room.

I will be leaving soon - bought a house. But this has been like home.

You must be talking about a different place then the Mallard Crossing I lived in! There was a treadmill for "exercise facilities" and a 2'x 2' "Laundry Room". And the gate is a joke, more of a pain than so called security.

I agree that the old facilities were less than perfect, but have you seen the Clubhouse since it was remodeled? It looks amazing and the facilities are top of the line....and not quite sure what you mean about the gate....its the only gated community in the area that I looked at that actually keeps it closed all the time. Since I moved in last year, it has worked perfectly. It was open during the remodeling, but that was to be expected, I would think. I love it here.
