This is by far the best apartment I have ever rented. (I've rented in Columbus, Oh, Virginia Beach, Va, and Washington, DC) The office staff is great, the grounds are awesome, and I have a tennis court in my back yard! I've lived here for a year, and the maintenance staff is friendly and prompt, although very little ever seems to break. I just renewed my lease, and I am looking forward to spending another great year in the comfort of my Mallard Crossing home in Loveland, Ohio...
