I've been a resident at Mallard Crossing for over the past three years. From day one when I joined the Mallard community, I have experienced outstanding support and service from the entire front office staff. Everytime I walked in the front office/club house, I was greeted with a friendly and upbeat staff that makes you feel appreciated in being a resident. The Mallard staff are reliable, dependable, and consitent when dealing with current members or future residents.

When it comes to maintence - the Mallard Crossing group is the best I've seen in the business. Whether it's keeping the grounds kept clean, to removing snow on ALL walkways and streets, to changing light bulbs - these guys get it done! The owners of the community continue to make significant capital investments each year. Every 7-10 months - you will notice Mallard making improvements or enhancements with regards to the property.

When I look back on my stay at Mallard Crossing, I can honestly say that I was always proud of my place, called "home", even if it was temporary. Great Job Mallard Crossing - Thank You!
