In checking out most of the reviews of area apartments it is obvious that the Mallard Crossing staff is heavily monitoring this website. The sheer number of positive reviews for this complex is above and beyond anything else in the area. While some would suggest that this is do the the greatness of Mallard Crossing, I would believe it is due to the fact that the staff is "stuffing the ballot box."

Not only is the number of extremely high reviews a tip off, but the fact that every negative review has numerous comments defending Mallard Crossing is suspicious. Honestly, if you're satisfied in your apartment, why would you be looking on this website entering in feedback to negative comments' It certainly doesn't take a genius to figure this out and I am sure someone will post a comment against this posting saying the opposite.

I was considering going to Mallard Crossing, but do to this behavior I am going to look elsewhere.

You only receive the email if you post the review or if you're the manager of the complex. You won't receive notification if someone else posts a review. I have no doubt that Mallard Crossing is a decent place to live. That isn't the point of this, the fact is it seems like they have more positive reviews than any other apartment complex in any other region. People are free to believe what they want, but it doesn't take much beyond some simple common sense to see that my point is true.

I agree I also receve E-mails when someone post's a message here. What a place is not allowed to have good comment's? I bet if they had alot of "Bad comment's" you would not think anything of it. The property Mang. has been running this site ever since the place open! A few of the office staff and Maint staff live on site.

Finally someone has realized the truth. This site is obviously monitored by the staff. What a joke! And the replies are very nasty! Just shows the "quality" of the complex and the staff!

I think that you are misinformed. I posted a review of this place two months ago and ever since then I get an email every time a new review is posted. I hope that clears up confusion on that end. As far as not renting here simply because you believe there is a conspiracy, you are missing out. We absolutely love it here. I don't know how familiar you are with this area but, you will be very hard to pressed to find a place like this around here. But, good luck to you.....you're going to need it.

Again, not the point. You're only eligible to receive notifications of reviews if you're the manager. You receive notifications to responses once you post a response or a review to which someone replies. It is a conspiracy I tell you!
