I just renewed my lease for another year as this is a great place to live. The office staff is extremely efficient, yet maintains a very personable individuality. The maintenance staff is also extremely efficient, staffed with a knowledgable crew who are likewise very personable. All of the staff take great pride in their work and it is relflected in the service provided, both in the office and in maintenance. Many of the items, for example, are kept in order and updated on a routine schedule which pre-empts problems.

I find that the residents also seem to have pride in their surroundings as one doesn't see any litter or trash. The building into which I moved also has first floor residents with flower gardens surrounding their patios. A big "Thank you" as they are greatly enjoyed. All in all, it's a great place to live.
