Many of the positive reviews are by management (obviously). They also make sure they tell you that they are ranked high on this site when you are touring the apartments.
Steer clear. If they lie here, they will lie there.

Ok, well you don't say what is wrong though. Yes there are alot of positive reviews, I have lived here for allmost 3 yrs and I have not had any problems. (No I don't work in the office) If some of you think this place is SO BAD! Go over to West Chester and go live in the apartment's called Woodbridge on the Lake, than I guarantee you will think twice about what to say about this complex.

Alot of people do check out this web site to choose a place to live, that is why the manager puts out all these positive reviews. Having lived there for a long time it is not very nice, is very overpriced and the manager is a liar and has a "God Complex". Now I will wait for her and her staff to say I have a vendetta against them. Well maybe I do. What they did to me and alot of other people when we lived there was criminal! Yes there are worse places to live, but they are alot cheaper too!!!
