We rented a townhouse which was the best value for the space at Mallard Crossing - 1750 sq ft. All the other apartements were above average cost for the same space in that area.

The front gate was broken and left open about 30% of the time we lived there, which was fine with me...when they were closed it was very difficult to let people in and I never successfully got the guest gate to work.

Laundry, fitness, computers with internet and pool in the front office were very nice convenience.

The only thing I HATED was Fields Ertel Road. The commute from Mallard Crossing just to get to I71 (1 mile) took 10-20 minutes in the morning because of traffic and a rediculous amount of red lights. Only live here if you are commuting in any other direction, they seemed to be fine.
