I am also a resident here, and I have always found it interesting that people love to complain or compliment on these 'boards', but never take their compliments or complaints to the people they should.

If someone is doing a good job, I tell them, and the same if they are not, and I have done so here where I live.

Opinions are just that, some people love it here and some dont, that is an opinion.

This place offers alot, more than anyone else in the area, and you get what you pay for. But I would disagree with the last poster and make an educated guess that most of the people who live here, do so because it offers so many social activities. That is what a place like this is all about. I agree that is a good place to make friends and network with people.

If you dont want to attend the social events, then dont.

Honestly, this staff here is most mature and knowledgeable that I have seen, but it has its moments too. Unfortunately there are people who will never be satisfied, and that is not the staffs fault.

I also seriously doubt that the office people are spending time posting here themselves, I doubt they have the time or inclination to care about what is said here.
This is a job for them, and I believe they do it well, I dont believe they care about peoples petty opinions.

Keep in mind that from what I have witnessed myself, people talk to each other alot here and they also talk to the staff. So I am sure that the 'complainers' are not a mystery to the people that work here.

If you have a legitimate complaint, then be an adult and go to the management and tell them. Don't assume that you know what people can afford, why people are moving out, or why other people love it here.

That is the great thing about America, you can voice your opinion, and make your own choices. If you dont want to stay, then don't. I am sure the staff can find someone else to rent your apartment.

Move on, move out, grow up.
