This place looks good from the outside but that is it. The only other good thing I can say is that the security is good almost too good, Phil just always suddenly appears out of no where. The apartments are too small for the money and the office staff is not helpful at all, very stuffy but I think that is the way they want to come across. I also think that the 50.00 fee for a lost gate card is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of since it probably only cost them under 1.00 and they want to charge 50.00 I havent lost mine yet but have came close since the holder they give you for it is cheap and not any good it doesnt fit the card and is too big for it so beware!

This review must have been made by one of the managers of another complex. I am a painting contractor and I specialize in apartments. This is hands down the nicest complex around. The staff are anything but stuffy. The apartments range from small to very large. If they sold the cards for one dollar they would be everywhere, making security gates and doors worthless. |

Adamic... I'm sure you would have a different opinion if yo ulived here. It was much different when I was looking at these to live in and when I actually was living here. The appearance is nice but once you look deeper, the construction of the units is terrible. Walls are paper thin (easily hear conversations from the other units). The sound from the hallway is transmitted inside so it's almost like you had your front door open. The windows leak air so much that they are having you sign a waiver stating that you will be responsible for removing the excess condensation at the window sills in the winter. I could go on. As to the card replacement fee, that should be at cost only. There should be no concern about the cards being everywhere if they were a dollar, they can cancel the old cards thus making them useless. |

Youre right Cubsfan... it must be the manager or an employee... shame shame! Stuffy is right on.. Cocky and arrogant. I moved out after 2 years... after paying $1300 a month for an apt that had issues every day! |
