This place looks good from the outside but that is it.
The only other good thing I can say is that the security is good almost too good, Phil just always suddenly appears out of no where.The apartments are too small for the money and the office staff is not helpful at all, very stuffy but I think that is the way they want to come across.
I also think that the 50.00 fee for a lost gate card is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of since it probably only cost them under 1.00 and they want to charge 50.00 I havent lost mine yet but have came close since the holder they give you for it is cheap and not any good it doesnt fit the card and is too big for it so beware!

This review must have been made by one of the managers of another complex. I am a painting contractor and I specialize in apartments. This is hands down the nicest complex around. The staff are anything but stuffy. The apartments range from small to very large. If they sold the cards for one dollar they would be everywhere, making security gates and doors worthless. |

Youre right Cubsfan... it must be the manager or an employee... shame shame! Stuffy is right on.. Cocky and arrogant. I moved out after 2 years... after paying $1300 a month for an apt that had issues every day! |
