I??ve been living there for the past year. The reason I moved in was for the gated community but I'd say out of the 12 months I've been living there, the gate has not been up for about 4 months. Someone ran in to it or something but it was basically just lying on the ground, no one working on it or did it even look like anyone was ever going to work on it. No tools around it just there, all alone for a couple of months. This so far has happened 2x??s. I wanted to have a surprise birthday party for my friend. I called the office 3 times to make sure it was ok. The week before I called the office to make sure everything was set. At that point, all the invitations were sent out, some people were coming in from out of town. That is when I was told I did not have the place reserved and I could not have my party. No one ever apologized.....

I agree with the gate issue. Although I did notice that the gate was down for a while, they did eventually get it fixed. My issue witht he gates is that for a majority of the time, the gates are not shut at the proper hour. They will remain open all night or the entrance is open while the exit gate is closed. What good is that?
