From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Gosh where do I start.When you move out you better make sure everything is in perfect order. They will deduct off of your deposit for every little thing wrong until you have nothing left. I made sure our apartment was spotless. They found things I couldnt of ever thought of. Please dont waste your money here, try other apartments around. It may look nice from the outside and that is it. The pet deposit is ridiculous and the 35.00 per month pet fee is way too much. Think twice! Also another thing is if you live on ground floor you will get plenty of spiders in your apartment so be sure to buy a can of bug spray.
