We love living at Nantucket! Our apartment was clean and looked brand new when we moved in. We never hear any noise from our neighboring apartment. The landscaping is beautiful and the location is great!

Yeah, whatever!! I've lived here for seven years and this is my last one -this place has hit the skids bigtime!! The management doesn't give a hoot about the place anymore. The garbage piles up, there's broken glass and beer cans all over the parking lot,the dumpsters are flowing over every weekend, the discarded Christmas trees are STILL laying around, the damage from a windstorm eight months ago remains unfixed, the trash in the mailrooms never get emptied, the laundry rooms are filthy, dung from the waterfowl pollutes the walkways, bulbs aren't changed, the sauna is always broken, service requests take forever to get filled and sometimes dropped altogether, all the pool umbrellas and furniture are torn up, fedup neighbors move out and get replaced by some of the nastiest low-life I have ever seen, the fisg are all dead in their "seven pristine lakes" and stinking up the air, the paint is peeling off the apartments and clubhouse, the gates are always broken, the security doors no longer work, the tanning bed is always out of operation, the computer rooms are plagued with constant viruses, the tiles of the pool are broken and falling off into the water, you can't even go to the pool in the summer for all the drunks that gather around until midnight, and YOUR RENT GOES UP EVERY YEAR. Your water bill also goes up because Nantucket gets billed and they sub-divide the bill among the tenants which are shrinking because of all the problems. This place is a mere shadow of the way it used to be and needs a complete management overhaul; the current team in place has been there for far too long and need to go ASAP!!!
