i lived at nantucket for three years and they do nickle and dime you to death. The rent increases by a good amount each year. The worst part of this experience was the staff. Julie is great, but the rest of the staff are not friendly and very demeaning. They will charge you every chance you get and they know it. The apartments show very well but after the first 30 days you are over it. There is one older lady (i forget her name) who works in the front who is one of the nastiest people you will ever meet. She obviously doesn't like her life and it shows!
AVOID NANTUCKET!!!!!!
