**Under New Management!** From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Yeah no more Aimco! I was just informed by the office staff that Steeplechase was sold to a new management company and there have already been several improvements made to the property I'm so happy to see this place is finally going to take a turn for the better!!
