I lived at Waterford Place only one year. The apt. was large and nice but I continually had problems with the air conditioner mysteriously switching over to full-blown heat in the middle of the summer. I reported the problem numerous times and was told that the problem I was experiencing "was impossible". After returning from a four day trip with melted candles and a 96 degree apt., I demanded that maintenance come immediately. When they showed up the maintenance guy found that a switch was "stuck" and he fixed the problem. My gas bill was over $120 (typically $60-$70) for the month and there were no apologies from staff...despite repeatedly reporting the problem.

Then, when I turned in my 60 day notice of intent to vacate, I discovered that two different dates were printed on my 12-month lease. When I brought this to the attention of one of the staff, the manager quickly appeared and stated that she would have to contact "their lawyer" to determine which date they would go by. I informed her that I, too, would be contacting my lawyer (since she was the one at fault) and I left at the end of the year when my lease was truly over. I found the management to be unprofessional and rude each time I encountered them (with the exception of the day I signed my lease...of course!). There are other places to choose from in the Loveland area and I would suggest checking them out.

I also fell in the parking lot twice on ice...they make NO attempts to clear the sidewalks or parking lot in the winter months.

I live here an like Waterford, but I have to agree that during the winter time they do not make any efforts to clean the sidewalks and parking lot!!!!
