While looking for a apartment in Cincinnati. I went to Waterford. I was not impressed with the staff in the office nor the apartment that I was hsowed. I thought that the staff was very unprofessional with the way they spoke about other apartment complexes in the area. The Manager (I can not recall his name) spoke very poorly of other apartments in the area. They seemed to want the rental to badly, what is really going on at this complex.
