Maintenance and Office staff is top notch!!!!!!

Waterford Place is a great place to live!!
Very roomy and priced right!! Office staff always friendly and great!! Never a problem with anything. The maintenance crew is great for example:
We recently had a problem one Saturday evening, with water leaking from the up floors into our apartment. Turns out that there was a malfunction with the commode on the third floor where the water going into the tank part of commode did not shut off, thus over flowing.
When I noticed this I called the office and the maintenance staff was here in no time. (maybe 3 mins)
They found the problem, fixed it and clean up all of the apartments and said many times how sorry they were for it accouring.
When ever there is a problem the maintenance guys at Waterford Place say WE CAN FIX and they fix it fast!!!
Great Job guys!!!!
So despite what some of the things said in the other postings there is no other place we would rather live than Waterford Place. This could be the reason behind us signing a new lease.
