I orginally moved to Ohio from out of state. I have lived in the community for almost 2 years and this has been by far my best experience at an apartment community. While searching for apartments in the Cincinnati area, I stumbled across Waterford Place and have been extremely happy with the community. When I first contacted the office, the leasing consultant was very friendly and not only gave me details over the phone, but also mailed me floor plans and emailed me pictures of an actual apartment as well. They made my move in experience a very smooth process and have been great ever since. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised at how efficient, quick to answer, and friendly the entire staff has been. I cannot believe some of the reviews I have read on here. To be honest, I would not base my decision on these reviews. No matter where you live, someone will always be unhappy and search for something to complain about. What makes the community great is the manager and the staff that make this place feel like home for me. Thank you!

I've written a review with both, positives and negatives of Waterford. Just like everything in life, there are good and bad things about the place. And we have to be considerate that sometimes is not a matter of finding something to complain about, experiences are individual and some people do have bad experiences. I, for example, move into my apartament, to find out that the bedroom carpet had animal urine spots all over...now if you think I didn't have a reason to complain, try sleeping with the smell of it every night!!
