Waterford Place is a great place to live. The community is wonderful, maintenance is prompt and the staff friendly.
I live in the one bedroom with the fireplace and vaulted ceilings.
Plus points

The entrance is airy, great wallpaper. Its secure.
You do not see the kitchen when you walk into the living room.
Location - next to everything u need and more.
Staff - Friendly
Minus Points

All the apartments aren't the same model.
I've seen some 2 bedrooms and they aren't all that great. Missing fans.
