Well, where to begin' First off, I hope the retarded girls in the office read and respond to ALL the comments left on here. Especially this comment, The Orchard of Landen is managed by a bunch of airheads.
**CAUTION**
*When they tell you they are "White Gloving" the apartment, it means they messed up somehow and are trying to buy time.
*If anything is broken in your apartment, don't expect them to FIX IT PROPERLY! For example, the BLACK GRIME/BUILDUP/MOLD/ in our bathroom tub has simply been covered over up year after year. Instead of properly fixing the problem, which I ended up doing, the wonderful Orchard of Landen ignores the issue.
*The garbage dumpsters are overflowing with disgusting crap.
*Those brillant ladies in the office will attach MANY eviction notices to your door because they "accidently" mixed up residents.
*ATTENTION SMOKERS* pay no mind to the oh so threatening letters regarding your cig butts/ lighters near your stairwell, because it holds no weight.
*Why you might ask' They pay more attention to the walkwayand stairwell, than the people living within. Half the people in this place are living here under different names, made-up roomates, previous residents and it is all possible thanks to the Main Office. :) INSTEAD OF THEIR BALLOONS AND FREE RENT SIGNS, THEIR SIGN SHOULD READ...

*I understand all apartment's will have their up's and down's but to be completly honest, along with the majorty of previous comments, this place really sucks.

All of the above is 100% true. I would never want anyone to move into this community or another Connor Group Complex. They are horrible!

all comments are true.. very much true and its said to see a place as nice as this is to be so terrible all because of the Connor Group we have had a leak in our apartment from the upstairs neighbor and instead of coming out to fix it properly and repeatedly asking them to there is now mold showing up on the ceiling in our bathroom and with my girlfriend having a bad allergy to mold with asthma attacks she has had to move out which is sad because I don't want to have to live without her. And to the person above you can't move out there is no break clause in the lease so unless you want to be paying for another apartment and one you aren't living in thats your only option

YOU HAVE TO APPLY TO APARTMENTS AND GET BACK GROUND CHECKS, THUS IF YOU WERE ILLEGAL YOU WOULDNT HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO DO SO.

You are correct golfer 4 life. There are supposed to be background checks. Unfortunately they are not done on the people staying in the apartments who are not on the lease. I am a former tenant and there were multiple people living above me who threw parties every night. I was also informed that they were dealing drugs out of the apartment by the police. After many complaints they still remained.
