Stay away This place is sucky. The apartments are nice but bugs are bad, and the management doesn't care. Noisy neighbors, have called the cops time after time, and NOTHING has been done. So over it. Can't wait to move out. Also rent jumps up to $1000 if you don't

Great place for very attractive rent! I currently live here and its been over 16 months here. its a great place for the attactive rent that you pay. Management is good and they provide a great service.
only problem is sometimes it could be noisy when your neighbors walk around at night.

Nice Place I lived at Island Club from 2008-2009 and had no problems. Maintenance problems were attended to quickly. The staff was courteous. If you pay your rent on time and follow the rules than you shouldn't have any problems here. I would recommend it to others.

Not an Island by far Managers are friendly but not accomidating. Club house not available to residents. Eviction notice after the 10th or $250 to cancel the notice. $100 late fee on the 6th. One dumpster at front entrance. Hallways are trashy! Red RENT DUE sign in the grass five days at the

I like it! I have lived at the Falls for 1.5 years and I really like it. It's a beautiful property and the apartment I live in is well maintained and attractive. I love the grounds and the location-I will be renewing my lease and do not agree with the previous posts.

Bad Customer Service The management staff was and is terrible to deal with. They don;t return calls and are very rude. Most repairs always take at lease 3 business days. I had to stay after them to fix items on the move in list. Watch the accounting also!!!
