A Nice Place To Stay. I have lived in The Island Club Apartments for 3 months and have for the majority had no problems! The office and maintenance staff are very friendly. :) Overall a great place for a small family or a bachelor!

The Orchard I have lived in The Orchard for almost a year now, and do not have any complaints yet about the apartment complex. It is a pretty quiet place, and they keep the main areas clean. Would recommend to anyone moving to the area.

A good first home Overall a good place to live. It is in a great area, close to Landen Lake (beautiful!) and plenty of hiking trails. Maintenance is really slow and it usually takes a couple calls to get them to come to the apartment. Other than that, no real complaints.

Very few responsible dog owners, pet waste everywhere and nobody seems to care.
Maintenance is under-staffed, they are good at getting things fixed, but it may take 5 days to respond to an issue.
