Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Management is "hands off" to issues of crime, drugs, alcohol and peaceful living. Moved in June 2003 and have over $4,000 in vandalism to vehicle, not to mention that apartment break in and nuisance of unruly teenagers and did I mention a very high rate of crime and drugs!!!!!!!!!!!! Face it, there is not "AFFORDABLE AND SAFE" living in Mason. If you can afford it, then you sure aren't safe! I would suggest checking with the City of Mason PD and review the "too many to mention" police reports related to crime and drugs! I would definetely look into the liability of recomending this to anyone, under any circumstances! The rating should be 0 and that's being generous!
