I went there just to view the apartments. When I walked into the leasing office it was filled with smoke. I thought that I had walked into a bar. Not very professional! Then I went to see a 1 bedroom apartment in "the older buildings" that are closest to the leasing office. When you first walked in it smelled like a butcher shop. I was afraid to find out who or what had been slain there. It looked very dirty and unkept. Inside the apartment looked dirty and the toliet was brown! Not the water, the actual toliet. Plus I was told by the girl in the leasing office that you share water, heat, electricity, etc so it made me think that means no hot water, not much heat, and high electricity bills. I walked out of there trying not to touch anything and didn't even bother to check out the 2 bedroom in "the newer building." The smell of death was enough to make me run.

As I already said in response to another review about the Four Seasons Apartments, the apartments were sold and have been under new management since February. Since that time Four Seasons has been undergoing many changes. From the new siding, new landscaping, new windows, new playground, etc., there are changes taking place daily. We have a staff of skilled,dedicated employees that truly go the extra mile to make Four Seasons a better place to live. If you looked at the Four Seasons Apartments in the past and didn't like what you saw, stop in a see us. I'm sure you will notice a huge difference, with improvements taking place all the time.
