Originally from Baltimore, MD, I moved to Four Seasons in May of 2005 and stayed until May of 2006. When I first moved to Four Seasons their was a huge problem with the immigrants making lots of noise, littering, congregating in huge numbers in the parking lots to get drunk and breaking glass all over the parking areas and behaving like animals as far as going to the bathroom outside and doing their 'hygiene' routines outside! However, after many tenants complaining, the office did indeed make a concerted effort to curtail the offending activities and have the trouble makers evicted. After a few months the property, which I thought would be very pleasant if taken care of, improved dramatically, very little trash thrown around and left to blow in the wind, hallways and laundry rooms were kept up much better and things quieted down. Like one of the tenants said, it is certainly not Park Ave, but for the price of rent, especially after the improvements were made, Four Seasons was a comfortable place to call home and live somewhere like Mason. I was very satisfied with the improvements and would continue to live at Four Seasons if I had not had to move back to Baltimore.
