The Property Manager is Rude and I can't wait to move

I have lived here since April of 2007 and unfortunately I have a Few more months to go. We have gotten to the pointe where i have had it with this place. we haven't had hot water for a week in the whole building. we have to boil out water just to take a warm bath. We are great tennants we pay our rent almost two weeks ahead of time. The property manager does nothing and knows nothing. She is just plain rude and i cannot believe thy hired someone who is this rude.

Katie, I apologize if I sounded rude. I don't know if you misunderstood my questioning you regarding the lack of hot water. I was trying to gather as much information to relay to a repairman, hoping that it would help him find and correct the problem. You may also have sensed my frustration over the situation because it took longer to resolve than I would have liked.
I am sorry regarding any misunderstanding I caused. I hope in the future, if you have a problem with me or any other issue regarding Four Seasons that you will feel like you can come into the office and discuss the situation with me.
