I don't know what some of these people are complaining about.
I have lived at Four Seasons for almost 6 months and I love it here. I have a view of the pond and all the cute little ducks. My apartment is spacious with lots of closet space. My apartment was remodeled just before I moved in and was very clean. The few neighbors I have met seem nice and friendly. I don't really know what more you could want from an apartment complex.
